We like to meet all prospects in person and discuss their needs to see if we can help them towards a healthier, happier future.

Customize a plan.
Here we go through some of the key movements we use and aim to build your confidence and competence before you move into our semi private classes.

Step Three
Start your journey.
After your fundamentals the real fun and work begins as you can join classes or chose to work with a coach privately.

Tailored Fitness Program
Every workout we offer is programmed and tailored specifically to your ability and fitness goals. That’s right – on every class! Wherever you are at your fitness level, we’ll tailor a program to help you to safely and steadily improve more on your fitness goals.

Session
Our professionally trained and expert coaches actively coach each class that you attend.

Training
Our program uses functional movements that your body is naturally designed to do, combining elements of cardio, gymnastics, weightlifting, cycling, rowing, and more to improve your overall fitness in a balanced way.

Friendship & Accountability
At Guerilla Fitness, our community is our greatest strength. You’ll make lifelong friends to help inspire, challenge and motivate you. We train together, socialise together, and inspire each other to do our best and achieve our best!

Free Online Workout Journal
Log your workouts and track improvements through our smartphone app. Monitor your progress, record your personal achievements, engage with other members, and get feedback from your coaches.

Structured Beginners’ Program
Our Beginners’ program is designed to ensure the safety and success of our new members. At Guerilla Fitness we know that every person’s fitness journey is different, and we’re here to help.

Chillout zone
A comfortable chill out area, coffee dock and WiFi is available to all members and guests! Sit back and enjoy post-workout free time, or settle in after work before you hit your WOD (workout of the day).

Class Flexibility
With classes running from 6.45am to 8pm 6 days a week, we have class times to suit even the busiest of lifestyles.

Quality Capped Class Sizes
You’re more than a number to us! We want you to get the attention you deserve every session and that’s why all our classes are limited to 12 members at a time.

Free monthly challenges and seminar’s and social event’s
Not a month goes by that we don’t run at least one fitness challenge, workshop or seminar on health, fitness and or performance as well as fun social events.

Free Health & training Resources
As a member of our gym, you’ll have access to exclusive free resources, including nutrition and training information, plus regularly updated video and blog content to help you get the best results from your workouts.

Nutritional Guidance
As well as being great physical training coaches, we love sharing nutrition advice with our clients. After all, you get out what you put in! Find out how eating well can make a huge difference to your results.
