If you hold back and “pretend” like you are done, you failed.
NO BODY CARES, you have noting to gain by holding back or sandbagging this.
If you can go out the gates like a bull and hold on for as long as possible until you have no more to give you will win. You will get an endorphin rush like no other.
If you are anxious knowing what lies ahead today, then know this, the anxiety is a DRIVER, the more anxious you feel the more your body is in a parasympathetic state and is trying to get you into a fight or flight state.
If you go ALL out and use that anxiety and win this fight, you will swear you took COCAINE with the high you will get from this.
If you flee from the challenge you will go into a depressed state and feel miserable going home.
The sole objective is to WIN THE FIGHT AND FEEL LIKE UNBREAKABLE.
