121 PERSONAL TRAINING
All our 121 personal training memberships are bespoke to each individual.
We would need to set up an initial consultation to discuss your needs and wants before we can establish what is the best plan of action for you and ultimately at what cost.

SEMI PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
Our semi private program is what 99% of our client base utilise. Here, we offer a premium service of individualised coaching and programming, similar to personal training, only you share the floor and space with other individuals.
We give you the same level of 1-2-1 personal training with the energy and support of working out with others.
Our semi privates are capped at 12 people maximum with an average session size of 8 people.
You have 45 session times to choose from throughout the week.

We operate a PT First model, which means that ALL clients and potential clients must do a minimum of 3 sessions of 1-2-1 personal training with out head coach so we can first and foremost screen and assess your ability, while simultaneously building your confidence and competence.
This ensure when we bring you into a semi private group and start actively training you, we know where your at physically and athletically so we can program for YOU effectively as an individual.
