Join our fun and supportive Fundamentals Programme to start your transformation the right way. This series of 1-2-1 sessions guides new members through some of the key movements we use, and aims to build your confidence and competence before you move into our Personal Training or Semi Private Training classes.

Why do we have Fundamentals?

When you have a clear understanding of the foundation-forming movements and exercises, you will be able to minimise the risk of injury and see better results, faster. The introductory sessions are a chance for our team to screen and assess your movement patterns, learning about you, your experience and training history. It will enable us to identify how best to support you and design a training programme that not only works for you and your body, but also aligns with your goals.
